Send a Hug Campaign

Have you ever just wanted to mail someone a hug? We at the shop sure have. September is Suicide awareness month and would love to send someone a hug for you!

1 in 3 Canadians will be affected by a mental illness in their lifetime. We started this campaign to spread the word that no matter who you are, there is always someone willing to listen.

How can you help? Send a hug to anyone you love. It will be sure to brighten their day and the back of the post card has resources for them to share with anyone that they may know who needs it. Hang it on a dorm message board, school councilors office or even just your fridge. If even just one person needs the numbers we hope they will find the help they need.
