Located in Milestone Saskatchewan I work to source and create amazing fabrics.


The best way to reach me is through the message function on my page. I do my absolute best to get back to you as promptly as possible, but this is a one mom shop and my other responsibilities do delay my response from time to time. Feel free to message me day or night, we all know most things get done when the kids are asleep, and I will get back to you as soon as I can. E mail is also great shearperfectionstaff@outlook.com

If you receive a shipment that is incorrect or flawed please check the measurements and we will always include extra yardage to account for the flawed area, unless this was overlooked.

If you are unhappy with a fabric please reach out to us while the fabric is unwashed and uncut fabric. We have several options for returning the product or making it right. But we will not issue credit for cut fabric or washed fabric. 

Refunds will be processed after receiving the fabric or item back to our Shear Perfection Office. Flaws which can be covered by a dime or is within 3 inches of the edges of a digital custom printed fabric is not considered a flaw. Because flaws are quite common, 4 meters and up will not be guaranteed to be in a continuous cut although I will try my best. 

Shear Perfection Fabric is not accountable for any fading, piling, or color bleeding issues.  However we work very hard to source and test high quality fabrics so if you do have an issue we would like to be notified.

Current processing times are 1-3 days for in stock retail order. 

Preorder arrival times range from 6-16 weeks and we aim to have the fabric inspected cut and Shipped within 10 business days of receiving it
