Located in Milestone Saskatchewan Canada this is an online only shop. We do not have a store front for visitors. We do however have the option for local pick-up.
The two best ways to contact us are

I do my absolute best to get back to you as promptly as possible, but family responsibilities do delay my response from time to time. Feel free to message me day or night, and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Typically messages are returned within 24 hours Monday-Friday.
Polices May be updated at anytime - please read before ordering or contacting regarding an issue.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please inspect you packages within 7 days of arrival and contact us if there is a problem.
Please inspect the fabric unwashed and uncut. We are unable to consider damage after it has been washed or cut.
If we have sent you a known flaw your cut will normally have a sticker indicating that we know about the flaw and have included extra yardage to allow for it.
Stickers may fall off so please measure the yardage to ensure you weren’t sent extra to allow for a flaw.
Common fabric abnormalities such as ( but not limited to) small marks, smudges, blank print spot, snag or anything smaller than a dime are NOT considered flaws by Shear Perfection Fabric.
Small holes , dye runs or smears , marks or writing within 3” of the selvedge edge are also NOT considered Flaws by Shear Perfection fabric as this is very common when the fabric is fed through manufacturing machines.
If you do receive fabric with a significant flaw that is outside of the above please contact us.
Screens and Photos :
We cannot control the settings on every screen, monitor, tablets and cell phone.
Small difference in brightness / nightshift or color settings can drastically change the color of an image.
We do our absolute best to ensure the photos accurately depict the fabric but we DO NOT give refunds for fabric that is a different color than expected from viewing on your devise.
You are however permitted to return it as we know it may not be to your taste or work for your project. You will need to follow the guidelines of our return policy.
If you receive an incorrect color and you are able to identify it based on having one of our color rings or color cards we would absolutely correct the mistake.
If you are unhappy with a fabric please reach out to us while the fabric is unwashed and uncut fabric. We will not issue credit for cut fabric or washed fabric. As the customer you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received back to the shop and inspected.
Washing and Wear
Shear Perfection Fabric is not accountable for any fading, piling, or color bleeding issues. However we work very hard to source and test high quality fabrics so if you do have an issue we would like to be notified.
We recommend you wash your fabric and garment on a cold delicate cycle and hang or lay flat to dry for the longest life. If you are machine drying , a low heat will help keep colors vibrant longer. Dark and highly printed fabrics should be treated with extra care, as they will fade faster than light colors.
Pre-Orders: Pre-orders have an average turn around time of 6-16 weeks after the final day. Timelines cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances due to factors such as shipping and customs that are 100% out of our control.
During our preorders we always state in the listing whether it will be shipped by air or sea and our expected timeline. We also post weekly updates every Thursday in the “ weekly updates” section of the website as well as post them in our Facebook group ( linked below)
